MATO(토마토)는 회사가 텔레그램 봇과 웹 콘솔을 통해 AI 직원과 함께 일하는 서비스입니다. 이 방침은 사용자가 MATO에 Google 계정을 연동할 때 MATO가 어떤 Google 데이터에 접근하고, 어떻게 사용·보관·삭제하는지를 설명합니다.
1. 접근하는 Google 데이터와 권한
사용자가 PC 설정 또는 텔레그램에서 Google 연결을 요청하고 Google 동의 화면에서 허용한 범위에 한해 접근합니다. 기본 연동은 아래 세 가지이며, 메일 읽기는 사용자가 별도로 요청할 때만 추가로 동의를 받습니다.

2. 데이터 사용 방식
Google 데이터는 사용자가 텔레그램·PC 앱(또는 웹 콘솔)에서 명시적으로 요청한 작업을 수행하는 데에만 사용됩니다. 예: "오늘 일정 알려줘", "이 표를 시트에 적어줘", "이 내용으로 메일 보내줘".
요청을 처리하는 AI 직원은 회사 실행 환경 또는 사용자가 연결한 개인 PC에서 동작합니다. 개인 PC의 Google API 요청은 중앙 연결 서비스가 본인의 권한으로 처리하고 결과를 PC에 반환합니다. 회사·구성원별 연결을 분리합니다.
Google 데이터는 광고, 사용자 프로파일링, 신용 평가, 일반화된 AI 모델 학습에 사용되지 않습니다.
사람이 Google 데이터를 열람하는 경우는 사용자가 명시적으로 동의한 경우, 보안 목적, 법적 의무 이행, 또는 데이터를 집계·익명화해 내부 운영에 쓰는 경우로 한정됩니다.
3. 보관과 보안
기존 회사 실행 방식의 갱신 토큰(refresh token)은 회사 실행 환경 안에 채팅별로 저장됩니다. 개인 PC 연결 방식의 토큰은 MATO 중앙 연결 서비스에 회사·구성원별 파일로 보관하며 PC·CLI·AI 프롬프트로 전달하지 않습니다. 두 방식 모두 소유자 전용 파일 권한(0600)을 사용합니다.
연동 과정에서 Google이 돌려준 토큰은 확인 코드가 사용될 때까지 최대 10분간 임시 저장된 뒤 삭제됩니다. 확인 코드는 1회용입니다.
조회 결과는 요청 처리를 위해 PC와 AI 모델에 전달될 수 있고, 대화 기록이나 요청한 산출물에 포함될 수 있습니다. 개인 PC 연결의 외부 변경은 사용자가 맡긴 작업과 연결된 Google 권한에 따라 실행하며, 별도 PC 설정의 작업별 승인을 요구하지 않습니다. 중앙에는 중복 실행 방지를 위한 요청 식별자·내용의 해시·실행 상태와 결과를 보관합니다.
모든 전송은 HTTPS로 암호화됩니다. 접근 키와 비밀값은 소유자 전용 파일로만 다루며 로그에 기록하지 않습니다.
4. 제3자 제공
MATO는 사용자의 Google 데이터를 제3자에게 판매하거나 공유하지 않습니다. 요청 처리를 위해 AI 모델 제공자(Anthropic, OpenAI)에 요청 문맥의 일부가 전달될 수 있으며, 이는 사용자가 요청한 작업 수행에 필요한 범위로 제한됩니다.
개인 PC 연결은 PC 설정의 연결 해제로 중앙의 활성 토큰을 제거하고 기존 승인 대기 요청을 만료시킵니다. Google 계정 자체의 접근 권한은 위 Google 설정에서 별도로 해제합니다. 기존 회사 연결이나 보관된 실행 기록의 삭제는 아래 연락처로 요청할 수 있습니다.
개인 PC의 중앙 연결 정보는 회사 실행 환경의 삭제와 별개로 관리합니다. 회사 종료 시 연결 정보 삭제는 아래 연락처로 요청할 수 있습니다.

MATO is a service where companies work with AI staff through their Telegram bot and a web console. This policy explains what Google data MATO accesses when a user links a Google account, and how it is used, stored, and deleted.
1. Google data and scopes
MATO accesses only the scopes the user grants on Google's consent screen after requesting Google connection in the PC app or Telegram. The default link covers Calendar, Sheets, and sending Gmail. Reading Gmail requires a separate, explicit consent.

2. How data is used
Google data is used only to carry out the specific task the user explicitly requested in Telegram, the PC app, or the web console.
AI tasks run in the company runtime or the user's connected personal PC. For personal PC connections, the central connection service calls Google APIs with that user's permissions and returns results to the PC. Connections are separated by company and person.
Google data is not used for advertising, profiling, creditworthiness, or training generalized AI models.
Humans read Google data only with the user's explicit consent, for security purposes, to comply with law, or in aggregated, anonymized form for internal operations.
3. Storage and security
Existing company-runtime connections store refresh tokens per chat in that runtime. Personal PC connections store tokens per company and person in MATO's central connection service and do not send credentials to the PC, CLI, or AI prompt. Both use owner-only files (mode 0600).
During linking, tokens returned by Google are held for at most 10 minutes until the one-time confirmation code is used, then deleted.
Retrieved data may be sent to the PC and AI model to process the request, and may appear in conversation history or requested outputs. Personal PC connections execute changes for tasks requested by the user within the granted Google permissions, without a separate per-task approval in PC settings. The central service retains request identifiers, content hashes, execution states, and results to prevent duplicate execution.
All transport is encrypted with HTTPS. Keys and secrets live only in owner-only files and are never logged.
4. Third parties
MATO does not sell or share Google user data with third parties. Parts of the request context may be sent to AI model providers (Anthropic, OpenAI) strictly to perform the task the user requested.
Disconnecting a personal PC Google connection in PC settings removes the central active tokens and expires pending approvals. Revoke Google account access separately in Google settings above. Contact us below to delete an existing company connection or retained execution records.
Central personal PC connections are managed separately from deletion of the company runtime. Contact us below to request deletion when a company leaves the service.
6. Google API Services User Data Policy
MATO's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
7. Changes
Changes are posted on this page with a new effective date. Material changes are announced through the Telegram bot.
